We love staying here because the rooms are much nicer than any other hotel in the area. The kitchenette’s are very useful, and having windows that actually open and dedicated work spaces are so wonderful. We stay there about once a month for work, and the mattresses are sometimes too stiff, and it’d go a long way to have robes in the rooms too! Especially for such a beautiful boutique hotel!

The hotel was fine. Great location. Elevators are unacceptable . They take waaaaay too long. The room we were in was run doooowwn. Paint chipping and just needed a renovation. Lobby was nice. Staff was friendly. But can’t beat the location really. Far enough out of time square and close enough to the park.

Front desk person was very unfriendly and uninterested.

Very average hotel. The rooms are VERY small, with tiny bathroom. The lobby restaurant does not have enough staff to accommodate the hundreds (thousands??) of people looking to purchase coffee and food every morning. The lines are insane at both check-in and for food. They had the mobile room key and online check-in option, but you couldn't use it until you showed ID at the front desk, so its useless.

This hotel really impressed me. Clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed spaces. The bathroom was excellent, with great water pressure (a big plus!). Staff were attentive without being intrusive. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable NYC stay.
